After having worked in the industry as a promotional model for many years and having great understanding for women. Farai saw the gap for an all-female led agency to allow the girl child be financially independent. This too was a way to prove to the world that beauty and brains are not worlds apart. It was a way to encourage young women to stay true to who they are and at the same time aspire their dreams.
